Attendance and direction of your wedding rehearsal for up to two hours, ensuring your wedding party understands the ceremony flow and their roles. 

Communication with your selected vendors to confirm arrangements, arrival schedules, and important wedding-day logistics. 

Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination, overseeing the ceremony, reception, vendor activities, and timeline so you can focus on celebrating. 

Wedding Day Coordination begins after the couple has completed the primary planning and vendor selection process. Full-service planning, extensive design assistance, and physical setup and breakdown are not included. Additional coordination hours and setup or breakdown services may be quoted separately.
