I prepare a detailed budget, schedule, and checklists to keep the planning process organized and on track.

I assist in selecting and booking ceremony and reception venues and officiants. I also find, negotiate with, and book suitable vendors, such as bakers, caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians, ensuring all contracts are reviewed and coordinated. 

I help design the wedding's color scheme, theme, and style, as well as assist with invitations, RSVP tracking, and seating arrangements. 

I provide ceremony planning, including itineraries and directing processions and receiving lines. I also oversee the rehearsal and provide full-day wedding coordination (up to 10 hours), ensuring a stress-free experience for the couple. 

For an additional fee, I offer services such as announcing the engagement, coordinating engagement parties, assisting with guest accommodations, planning the wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, and honeymoon, as well as sending out thank-you cards and handling change-of-address paperwork. 

We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your vision.

I do the time-consuming research, so you don't have to! I focus on helping you select and book specific vendors such as bakers, caterers, florists, photographers, and others. 

I negotiate on your behalf with vendors, reviewing contracts, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services/products. 

I provide continuous updates and consultations with you throughout the planning process. 

A meeting with the bride and groom to understand their wedding plans and how they want the day to flow. 

Creation of a detailed rehearsal and wedding day schedule.  

Attendance and direction of the rehearsal, ensuring everyone knows their roles (up to two hours). 

Checking in with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day. 

Attending, overseeing, and directing both the ceremony and reception to ensure everything runs smoothly (up to 10 hours).
